He was married to Lisa [Stremlow] Hayman on March 17, 2003 and she survives. Also surviving are his parents, James S. and Judy A. Hayman, Cloverdale, his daughters, Alexis, Jessica and Kara Hayman.
He was an auto mechanic and a 1996 graduate of Cloverdale High School.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 27, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery.

Jason graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 2004. Jason enjoyed playing the drums and guitar, and working on cars. He was an amateur artist and liked to draw new tatoo designs, as well as, car detail designs.
Jason at one time was also a bartender.
Jason was also an animal lover. He owned and cared for many different kinds of animals.
