Deborah was born October 28, 1948 in Singleton in her grandmother's home and was 1 of 3 children born to Charles and Nina Cook. She was beautiful inside and out, loved the Lord and was very strong in her faith. Deborah was an active member of Fannin United Methodist Church. She graduated from Carthage High School (Class of 1966), and was also a graduate of MS Delta Jr. College (Class of 1968). Deborah worked as an Administrative Assistant for 45 years retiring in December 2013 in the oil and gas business. She never met a stranger and her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren.
