Oliver was the son of Juo Williams and Alea Tessineay Williams. He was a farmer by trade. According to his death certificate the cause of death was cancer of the Prostrate gland. He was the father of John W. Williams, James Edley Williams (my grandfather), and Charlie Bynum Williams.
