Sarah married, March 22, 1842, her cousin George Mott (1806-1880) the son of Joseph Mott (1752-1843) and his wife Clarinda Marvin Mott (1769-1857). Sarah and George had 5 children (4 sons and 1 daughter): Infant Son (1842-1842), Marvin, Infant Daughter, David Wallace (b. 1855), and Thomas George (b. 1857).
