He is survived by his sister, Starr Cunningham of Altoona. Jory graduated from Altoona High School. He was an artist and often had his art displayed at Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art in Loretto and Altoona and also in the Altoona Railroader’s Memorial Museum. He was a member of Art In Common, and enjoyed woodworking.
Friends will be received from 2 until the 4 p.m. funeral service Sunday, February 21, 2016, at E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home, Inc., 2309 Broad Avenue, Altoona, officiated by Pastor Douglas McGaffin.
