FORMER RESIDENT DIES.
W.J. Browning, formerly a resident of Salt Lake, but now of Los Angeles, and who is now visiting here, is in receipt of advice of the death of his brother, Charles Browning, at his home in Forest Knolls near San Francisco. Charles Browning was a native of this city, but for the past thirty years had lived on the coast, mostly in or near San Francisco. He is survived by his wife and two sons. He was 60 years of age, and was the son of James A. Browning, well known as an accountant in the earlier history of the city. He was also brother to C.W. Browning of this city, Jesse A. and Orlando A. Browning and Mrs. A. J. Brummit of Ogden and Frank Browning of Berkeley, Cal.
