Jane Bouchard-Kosmach, of Spooner, WI, passed away September 8, 2011. Born on July 3, 1954 in Sewickly, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Des Plaines and Wauconda, Illinois. Graduated from Wauconda High School, in 1972.
She was the loving wife of Phread Kosmach; cherished her children Aimee, Brian, and Michael (Samantha) Bouchard; was the proud grandma of four beloved grandchildren, Journey, Isaiah, Alexia, and Jonathon. She is also survived by her sister Connie (the late Bob) Colson, Robert (Candace) Pietschmann, and Dale Palkoner.
Her life was celebrated by family and friends with a memorial mass of Christian burial at Transfiguration Parish, in Wauconda. Internment was private.
