The youngest of three children, Minnie was the daughter of Ferdinand and Wilhelmine (Kerstowske) Krueger. Minnie's older siblings were Clara Johanna Krueger Lenz and Paul Herman Krueger. In approximately 1921, she married John Cooper Bailey. Minnie and John had one child, John K. Bailey.
