Milton R. Watters, 73, Box 107, RD 4, Juniata Gap, died Monday morning, April 21, 1997, at his residence. He was born April 26, 1924, in Altoona, the son of Charles Blair and Florence (Hudson) Watters. He married Marjorie A. Wolfe June 26, 1948, in Altoona. Mr. Watters was a member of the Mardorf United Methodist Church, Juniata Gap. He was owner of Auto Electric Service Co. until 1964. Mr. Watters was a member of Logan Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons, the Altoona Consistory and the Jaffa Shrine. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Sharon of Altoona; and a sister, Alice Harztzer of Marion, Ohio. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Juniata.
WATTERS – Services for Milton R. Watters of Box 107, RD 4, Juniata Gap, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata, by the Rev. Edward Preston. Interment at Alto-Reste Park. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the funeral home, where a Masonic service will be held Wednesday evening.
