John F. Stimson, 38, of Benton Harbor died Sunday at Mercy Memorial Medical Center, St. Joseph, after a short illness.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fairplain Chapel Florin Funeral Service, Benton Harbor, where visitation will be held Wednesday one hour prior to the service. Cremation will follow.
Mr. Stimson was born Jan 27, 1957, in Watervliet MI. He was employed by Curneal Stamping and Manufacturing Co, Benton Harbor.
Survivors include: his wife, the former Beth Tanner; mother and stepfather, Robert and Mary Sykes of Benton Harbor; adopted father, Robert Stimson, Watervliet; and two brothers- Steven Stimson of Watervliet and James Stimson of Benton Harbor.
