Loving mother of Jacob Ochoa of California and Nicole (Matthew) Culwell of Grand Haven, MI, grandmother of Suzanna. Also survived by her siblings, Richard Sekmistrz of Commerce Twp. and Claudette (John) Henderson of Howell; niece, Sara and nephew, Mike. Cheryl was a graduate of West Bloomfield High School in Commerce Township. She served in the U.S. Navy for over 13 years in air traffic control and then worked briefly for Livingston County 911 Dispatch.
