He spent his young vital years in the Lord's service. He was a World War II veteran, defending our county in the Navy in the South Pacific. He was a licensed Master Gas Fitter and a devout minister. His life calling was to serve the small churches. He served our Lord in churches in Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida until an industrial accident left him disabled.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Rosa Lee and Ellis Sellers; his only sister Marjorie Sellers Burgess and his stepfather Clavis Autry. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Grace Armstrong Sellers; daughter Sandra Sellers Pedersen (David); son Paul Sellers (Debra) as well as grandchildren Terry, Scott, Dina, and Phillip.
