Charles was born to Harry A Price, Sr and Laurette (Wade) Price on Saturday, September 19, 1914 in Foxworth, Ms.
He is survived by a daughter, Carol (Ronnie) Webb of Covington; two grandchildren, Brigitte (Glenn) Magee of Bogalusa, and Kristi (Jay) Cook of Laurel, Miss.; brothers; Harry A. Price, Jr of Pascagoula, MS. and Frank W. Price, Sr and his wife Blanche Price of Bogalusa, LA. sister; Barbara Price and her partner Mary Hopkins.
Preceding him in death was his parents; Harry (Sr) and Laurette Price, nephew; Wade Price and sister-in-law; Doris Price.
Interment will follow in Hillview Memorial Gardens.
