Caleb Hall, Jr.(4 Apr 1809 SC - 1879 Chambers Co., AL)married 14 September 1830, Coweta Co., GA, Sarah Taylor (1812- before 1870 Chambers Co., AL). daughter of John P. Taylor. Caleb Jr. is listed with Caleb Sr. in the 1810-1820 census of Pendleton District, SC. He is listed with his father again on the census of 1830 Gwinnett County, GA. Caleb Jr. left Gwinnett and moved to Coweta County where he married Sarah Taylor.
By 1840, they had moved to Fredonia, Chambers County, AL where they raised 10 children. Caleb Jr. is listed on the 1880 Chambers County, AL Mortality Schedule as having died October, 1879 from spinal meningitis. His attending physician was Dr. H.E. Hurst.
Caleb Jr. and Sarah's children were Zachariah R. (my great great grandfather)b October 12, 1833 d October 19, 1917, William J b 1838-FAG memorial#78324147, Serena b 1839, Martha Matilda b August 12, 1840 d November 15, 1907, Adaline b 1841, Floyd b 1842, Caleb Nathaniel b February 1844 d May 7, 1901, James b 1846, Edmund b 1847, Joseph b 1850 d before 1860.

•Sensitivity to light
•Lack of interest in drinking and eating
•Skin rash in some cases, such as in meningococcal meningitis
