Clarcy Williams married James A. Craig on 3 Oct 1876 in Union County, Tennessee. They were married by James' brother-in-law, Justice of the Peace Franklin P. Miller. Together Clarcy and James had 3 children of which 2 lived beyond infancy. The 2 children that lived beyond infancy were Mr. James "Jim" Craig and Mr. George Franklin "Frank" Craig.

Clarcy was struck and killed by a train at Depot #13 in Whitley County, Kentucky.
