"DENTON -- Minnie Emma Lou Harris Cline, 90, of Denton, TX, died Friday, March 3, 2006 at Denton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Ms. Cline was born April 26, 1915 in Albany, Oklahoma to William and Minnie Bell Voorhees Harris and was one of ten children.

Ms. Cline was a graduate of Southern State College in Durant, Oklahoma and taught elementary school in West Texas.

She also served her country in the U.S. Women's Army Corps., retiring with the rank of Major. Her interests included the performing arts, travel and flowers.

Survivors include one sister of Denton, Phyllis Joyce Page and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society."
