Scott Leonard Aaron, born September 28, 1954, got on his horse and rode off into the sunset one last time on May 7, 2012, from the ranch he was managing in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Scott was the son of Arthur Aaron and Joan Aplet Aaron , both of Yakima and now deceased; brother to Andy Aaron of Alamo, CA; and dad to his beloved son, Andrew John Aaron of Nashville, Tennessee.

The family ranched in Moxee for many years. He graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1972 and served in JAG division of the Army based in Heidleberg, Germany during the Vietnam War.

After a short time in his own business, at the age of 28 he took over the helm of the Pasco and Southeastern WA asphalt paving company Transtate Asphalt, part of the Superior group and rose to take the position of Vice President of Operations.
