The 4 April 1950 U.S. Census, Sheet Number 5 for New York, New York, New York (31-1090) has at 109 West 105th Street 4W - DONVITO: 24) Joseph age 25, married head of house, truckman York Trans.; 25) Margaret age 32 married wife of head, waitress Munson Diner; 26) William age 6 son of head. All are listed as having been born in New York. Do not know who was the informant. (His parents Joseph and Lena listed all of their children on their 1950 Census for Clarks Summit, PA.)

The Scranton Times; Thursday, September 6, 1962; page 12, column 1: "Joseph Donvito Dies In Trenton Hospital - Joseph Donvito, 66 Eaton Rd., Bordentown, N.J., a native of Clark's Summit, died yesterday in Helen Fauld (Fuld) Hospital, Trenton, N.J. after an illness. -- Mr. Donvito lived in New Jersey 15 years and worked as a truck driver. He was a Navy veteran of World War 2. -- Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret McKinley; five brothers, John, LaPlume; Frank, Dalton; William and Richard, this city, and Arthur, Newton; and three sisters, Mrs. Philomena Arre, Glenburn; Mrs. Edith Morgan, Clark's Summit, and Mrs. Laura Borushack, Stroudsburg. -- The funeral will be Sarutday from the Savino Funeral Home 157-59 South Main Ave., this city."
