Arthur Brindley of 10 Radcliffe Avenue, a resident of Rye for 22 years, died suddenly at his home.
The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon from Silleck and Keech Funeral Home in Mamaroneck. Interment was in Greenwood Union Cemetery.
Mr. Brindley was born in East Haven, Conn., July 2 1911, son of the late Stephen and Ann Brindley. He was a past master of Harrison Lodge 1093, F&AM. He was associated for 26 years with the Humble Oil Company.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Taffs Brindley; two sons, Russell of Arlington, Va., and Robert of the home address; a sister, Miss Ada Brindley of Moodus, Conn., and two grandchildren.
