83, 115 Park Ave., died suddenly
at Blnghamton General
Hospital at 10:M p.m. Friday.
He is survived by his wife. Mrs.
Clarence A. (Lucy M.) Talbott,
Blnghamton: one daughter-in-law,
Mrs. Rodney (Cornelia) Talbott,
Conklln: several nieces and neph- -
ews. He attended Ross Memorial
Presbyterian Church for fa years.
He has been associated with the
City nnd County offices for the
past 23 years. He served as director
of purchasing for 8 years
and for the past few years in the
County Clerk Office. The body
was removed to the Frank L. De-
Munn Funeral Home, 38 Conklln
Ave., where the funeral will be
held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. The
Rev. Harold Hunter of Ross Memorial
Presbyteran Church, will
officiate. Burial will be in Chenango
Valley Cemetery. Friends

today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m.
