Hannah Fox first married Rodham Kenner of Northumberland County, Virginia, prior to 22 June 1702. Rodham Kenner died in 1706. Hannah Fox Kenner married second Clement Spelman* sometime prior to 13 Nov 1713. There were three known children by Rodham Kenner: Elizabeth who would marry Richard Bushrod, Hannah Kenner, and Richard Kenner, who would marry Elizabeth Winder .

Clement SPILMAN appears in the records of Westmoreland County, VA, in 1712 as suing Francis KENNER for a Negro slave given to the plaintiff's wife (Hannah (FOX) KENNER SPILMAN) by her former husband Rodham KENNER.
