When I was sixteen my grandmother took me to California to visit relatives. Aunt Minnie was my grandmother's sister. At that time she lived with her second husband Walter Jacobson in Oakland, Alameda, California, USA. We had a pleasant visit with her sons and grandchildren. Her oldest son Marshall Bliss was born during her marriage to George Bliss. She had two children with Walter Jacobson, a baby girl that died and Sigmund Jacobson. Another findagrave contributor was able to provide information about her burial place from an obituary and posted that info to my contributor page. Minnie was a tenth generation descendant of William White who was a Mayflower passenger in 1620.
