William A. Collins "Bill" was born on March 12, 1940, in Framingham, MA, and on December 23, 2010, died suddenly after a short illness while living in Tucson, Arizona. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Victoria Collins (Tessicini), his three daughters, Victoria Kelsey (Kevin), Colleen Hildebrandt (Sam), Kellie Anderson (David), 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, his brother James "Jim" Collins (Valerie), and his sisters Virginia "Ginny" Cowern, and Jayne Donnell (Keven) along with the rest of his loving family. His sister Margaret "Peggy" Madden preceded him in death.

Bill was a 20-year retired veteran serving in both the Navy and Air Force in the Communications field. After retirement from the military, he continued in this field as a 911 dispatcher with the Pima County Sheriff's Dept.


Visitation will be Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from 5 to 8 pm at ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME 2545 N. Tucson Blvd. and a Memorial Mass will be said on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 10:00 AM in St. Cyril Catholic Church 4725 N. Pima Street with inurnment in All Faiths Cemetery.
