He was born Feb. 4, 1912, in Royal Oak. He married Eva E. Pemberton Oct. 26, 1938, in Royal Oak.
Mr. Rowley was employed by Mid West Manufacturing prior to his retirement. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of American Legion Charles Hammond Post 8.
He is survived by his wife, Eva of Port Huron; a brother, Melvin Rowley of Clawson; a sister-in-law, Alvina Distelrath of Croswell; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Elder Frank Pemberton of Betheseda Bible Church will officiate. Burial will be in Allied Veterans Cemetery.
Visiting is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Graveside military honors will be under the auspices of American Legion Charles Hammond Post 8.
