Eileen Foyan Howard, 81, of Boerne, TX. passed away February 1, 2009 in San Antonio. She was born in Liverpool Merseyside, England on April 13, 1927. Eileen graduated from St. Thomas Hospital in London and trained as a children's nurse at the Royal Infirmary in Liverpool, she then completed her training as a nurse aboard the Queen Mary and it was there she met and married Dr. Ruthledge Howard. She was preceded in death by her parents John Albert and Doris Foyan and her husband Dr. Ruthledge Howard. Eileen is survived by her sister Dorothy Falconer of England. A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday February 10, 2009 at 1:00 PM at St. John's Anglican Church in Boerne, TX.
