William H. Prock, 86, of 2526 Capitol Ave. died of renal failure Tuesday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Albion Cemetery.
Mr. Prock was born in Des Moines and lived in the area most of his life. He was a retired engineer with National By-Products Inc. and a member of International Union of Operating engineers.
Surviving are four sons, William Jr., Donald and Robert, all of Des Moines , and Joseph of Phoenix; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, where the family will be present from 5 to 7 p.m.
