Edna Dorwaldt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Dorwaldt of So. Hawley street, was taken ill with diphtheria on Wednesday of last week and died on Thursday. The child was 4 years old and 15 days.
Funeral services were private and were held at the house at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon, Rev. Herman Tietke, pastor of St. Paul's church, officiating. Burial was at Barrington Center cemetery.
