Birth: Mar. 13, 1922
Bunger
Young County
Texas, USA
Death: Aug. 15, 1998
Graham
Young County
Texas, USA

She was the daughter of Henry A. and Louise (Smith) Driver. With exception of a few years in Bryson, she lived all of her life in the Graham, Texas area. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Graham and a retired private duty nurse. I remember Ruth as a christian mother and homemaker.

Ruth married William Ray Brown on May 6, 1939. They had eight children: Betty, Annette, Dennis, Wendell, Barbara, Bobby, Helen and Beverly. They were raised in the Tonk Valley Community.

At time of death, in addition to her husband and children, she was survived by three sisters, Alta Shahan and Ruby Brooks, both of Graham, and Ollie Mae Shahan of Carlsbad, N.M.; 18 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Mom,I miss you and wish I could talk with you and hug your neck one more time. I understand so much more now than I did. You really did know what you were talking about! Love you
