MUSSEY TWP. Darryl "Kim" Ailor, 55, of Mussey Township, died unexpectedly Tuesday September 26, 2006 at home.
He was born June 30, 1951 in Brown City the son of the late Merle and Betty Richardson Ailor.
He married Maureen Abshieron May 23, 1975 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Imlay City.
Kim served his country with the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam from 1969 to 1972
He was employed as a manager for Vlasic Foods, Imlay City, for 34 years.
Kim loved spending time with family and loved to ride his motorcycle and snowmobile.
Surviving in addition to his wife Maureen of 31 years, are a son, Shane of Sterling Heights; two daughters and sonsinlaw, Melanie and Scott Mailloux of Capac and Kristen and Brian Maday of Emmett; three grandchildren, Natalie and Nolan Maday and Nicolas Mailloux; sister, Sandra Freeman of Allenton; mother and fatherinlaw Robert and Shirley Abshier; sisterinlaw, Carolyn Davis of GA; three brothersinlaw, Glenn of N.C., Dennis of FL and Greg of Kent City, MI; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother Larry (1966) and brotherinlaw Mark (2000).
