Albert Howell, aged twenty-four, died at his home in Keyesville (sic) Township, Wednesday, May 29th, after a short sickness of typhoid fever. The remains were buried in the Garfield cemetery on the 30th. The deceased was an industrious young man, well thought of by all who knew him. He was a member of the Larned Council of Modern Tonties, and resolutions on his death, by that organization, are published in this paper.

Albert Howell, son of Evan and Samatha L. Howell died on the 29th day of May, after an illness of a few days.
Born in Coshocion (sic) County, Ohio, on January 14th, 1872, died at his home near Rozel at the age of 28 years, seven months and 15 days. He came to Kansas in the spring of 1880 with his grandparents and has resided here nearly ever since.
He leaves a father, two brothers, half brother, one sister and two half sisters who will greatly mourn his loss. Also a great circle of other relatives and friends who sympathize with the bereaved and mourn the loss of their friend.
Unfortunately, there is no stone to mark the grave of Albert, nor is their a record in their cemeteries records.
