JAMES MICHAEL MILLER, age 61, of Lascassas, died July 17, 2011. He was a native of the Old Jefferson Community, and son of Billie Jean Hunter Miller and the late James Lawrence Miller. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00 AM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Walter Jenkins, Joe Mayes, and Chris Lambert officiating. Burial will be in the Bradley Creek Cemetery.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Nancy McKnight Miller, children, Jeff (Jennifer) Miller of Murfreesboro, and Anna Miller (John) Woerner of Jackson, TN; granddaughter, Hannah Grace Woerner; mother, Billie Jean Miller of Murfreesboro; and brother, Stanley (Darlene) Miller of Lascassas. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert E. Miller.

Mr. Miller was a member of North Boulevard Church of Christ and was retired from the City of Smyrna as water plant operator. Family members will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Memorials in memory of Mr. Miller may be made to Neema House Ministry or Healing Hands International. Condolences may be made at www.woodfinchapel.com. 615-893-5151.
