Stella T. Allegro, 78, of Feather Sound, Tampa Bay, Fla., formerly of Magnolia, died Monday, March 6, in Clearwater, Fla.

Mrs. Allegro was born March 7, 1927, in Mineola, N.Y.

She spent much of her life traveling with her military husband, and had lived in France, Germany and several locations within the United States.

She moved to Delaware in 1988, and worked as a manager at the Camden Shore Stop for more than 15 years. She moved to Florida in 2005.

Mrs. Allegro will be remembered for her sweet smile, generous spirit, kindness toward others and her wonderful sense of humor.

Mrs. Allegro is survived by three daughters, Jo Wilkins of Clearwater, Elena Allegro of Tacoma, Wash., and Bianca Allegro of Orlando, Fla.; and three grandchildren, Michele Wilkins of Camden and Ashley and Dylan Allegro of Tacoma; and two sisters, Helen Zbikowski of Garden Park, N.Y., and Florence Collins of Virginia.
