Patricia P. "Granny" Garcia, 77, of Delano, passed away Thursday at her residence while in the company of family members.
Born in Delano, May 21, 1939, she was raised by her grandparents, the late John and Hannah McAndrew.
She had attended local schools and was of the Catholic faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; son, Paul "Pez"; her mother, Catherine Nye; a sister, Barbara Nye.
Patricia is survived by sons, Manuel Garcia and his wife, Marcy, Delano, and Albert Garcia and his companion, Carole Kruslicky, Lansford; grandchildren, Paul, Justine, Brandi, David, Nikki and Noah Garcia; great-grandchildren, Briana, Emma, Landon, Camden, Mason, Nolan, Zennan and Kason; nieces and nephews. She is also survived by the mother of three of her grandchildren, Karen Zelasny.
