Anthony Joseph Engeron, Jr. a resident of Biloxi, MS, was born in New Orleans, LA in 1944. He was a father first, as well as, a brother, uncle, son, grandfather and friend. He is often described by those closest to him as a true patriot. He was a veteran, and served in the United States Marines. Mr. Engeron was consumed by military history and memorabilia. He enjoyed watching military related articles on the history channel. The military channel was his favorite, and he always kept himself abreast of the progress of military operations overseas. Mr. Engeron was a commercial truck driver. He enjoyed motor bikes, and touring casinos and resorts at his various destinations, but his passion was his family. Anthony Joseph Engeron, Jr. passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2007 in Biloxi at the age of 62.
He is preceded in death by his father, Anthony Engeron, Sr. and his mother, Audrey Feather.
He is survived by two sons: Shane Engeron of Fort Polk, LA, and Anthony Engeron, III of Reseda, CA ; one daughter: Breanna Engeron of Horton, AL; one sister: Olivia Voeltz of Biloxi; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
