Bobbie Brown, 87, of Pensacola, FL passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Born in Dexter, Missouri, she resided in St. Louis, MO; Kansas City, MO; Denver, CO; Jackson, TN; and locally for the past 11 years. For many years, she was employed as a sales representative for Hanes Hosiery, and was a licensed REALTOR while living in Colorado. Bobbie was an active member of the Red Hat Society including, Royal Reds, Razzle Dazzle and Chatter Boxes. She attended Perdido Bay United Methodist Church. Preceded in death are her parents, Emmett W. and Amy Edith Wright Kee; two brothers, Frances Kee and Wilson Kee; and a sister, Dorothy Kee Bess. Left to cherish her memory, her husband of 63 years, Kenneth D. Brown; daughter, Marla K. Rankin and son-in-law, J. R. Rankin, all of Pensacola, FL; granddaughters, Kristina Cromeenes of Metropolis, IL; Jacqueline Archer of Canton, GA; Jennifer Wilson of Cumming, GA; grandson, Michael McGhee of Dexter, MO; grandson-in-laws, Christopher Crommenes of Metropolis, IL; Ted Archer of Canton, GA; Sam Wilson of Cumming, GA; granddaughter-in-law, Cindy McGhee of Dexter, MO; great-grandsons, Nathan McGhee of Dexter, MO; Andrew Cromeenes of Metropolis, IL; Beau Gammage of Blairsville, GA; Steven Carrier, Jonathan Carrier and Andrew Carrier, all of Canton, GA; great-granddaughters, Kayla Cromeenes of Louisville, KY; Katherine Gammage of Cedartown, GA; Brittney Lewis of Branson, MO.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
