Mrs. Allison Is Buried Today
Funeral service for Mrs. Annie V. Allison was at 2 pm today in the New Baptist Church at Bromide.
Mrs. Allison, 83, of Route 3, Blanchard was fatally injured in an automobile accident Monday morning near Wichita Falls, Texas.
Born April 27, 1877, in Hood County, Texas, she had lived near Alex the last nine years. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Her husband, Ben J. Allison died in 1938.
She is survived by
three sons, Bradley Allison, Fitzhugh, Clyde Allison, Blanchard, and J. B. Allison, Longview, Texas;
five daughters, Mrs. J. W. Walling, Salem, Oregon, Mrs. Isom Colbert, Mrs. Frankie Moore and Mrs. Claudine Hathcox, all of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Bob Loftis, Mannsville. Two brothers, Jim Millington and Scott Millington, and two sisters, Mrs. Artie Curl and Mrs. R. W. Simmans, all of Tolar, Texas; 31 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Interment was at Wells Valley Cemetery, Bromide.
