Subsequent to a serious illness of only a day's duration, Mrs. George Ashman of Kremlin, died at the Palace Rooming house in this city Saturday evening at 10 o'clock.
Mrs. Ashman came to this city and registered at the Palace. She became ill Friday and her condition gradually became worse. She was so ill that word was sent to her son and he came to this city. As the day wore away she became weaker and it was evident that she could not survive much longer. At ten o'clock the end came. She was removed to Fenniman's undertaking parlors. The body was accompanied to Kremlin for interment.
