Ethlyn was the youngest daughter of six born to Edward W. and Emilie (Hohn) Choate. After an illness of only 32 hours she died of catarrhl fever and congestion of the lungs.
Ethlyn was preceded in death by her father who passed away only five months before her death; two sisters: Josephine and Mabel.
Ethlyn is survived by her mother and three sisters; Nellie, Emma and Florence.
