Doris C. Christenson, 98 Randall, formerly of Little Falls, died Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at Amazing Days Care in Randall.

A Memorial Service was held Friday, June 10, at Grace Covenant Church in Little Falls with Rev. Greg Satterberg officiating.

Arrangements were by Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls.

Doris Charlotte Bergstrom was born March 31, 1918, in Culdrum Township to Fred and Nellie (Rylander) Bergstrom. She attended District #31 country school and graduated from Little Falls Community High School. She worked as a bookkeeper at D. Bastein Dodge and Gas Station from 1935 to 1936, then at Little Falls Daily Transcript as a proofreader and receptionist from 1936 to 1939. She married Richard S. Christenson June 15, 1939, at her home in Little Falls. They lived in Provo, UT, for one year and then returned to Little Falls in 1944. They operated the Dairy Way business from 1952 until 1962, then operated Dick’s Broiler in Little Falls until retiring in 1974. Doris taught Sunday School at First Baptist Church and later at Grace Covenant Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; sister, Alice Christenson; and brother, Milton Bergstrom.
