Helen Louise (Crawford) Anderson, 72, passed away Monday, March 5, 2012, in San Luis Obispo.
She moved to Cambria in 1989 with her husband, Larry, and made a wonderful life with him, her friends and her church.
She worked part-time at several local retail businesses, meeting, engaging and enjoying those in her community. She was generous with her time and love, and made a difference in the lives of so many. She was profoundly grateful to those who made a difference in hers. Helen embraced social media as a means of staying in touch with those she loved and her last posting was on Valentine's Day: HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS, I LOVE EACH OF YOU, KEEP LOVING EACH OTHER.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Denise Parks and Darlene Daniels; stepdaughter, Cheryl Day; stepson, Larry Anderson; brother, Don Crawford; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry in 2004.
