Rosary for Mrs. Teresa Brown Abdo, 38, a Seattle resident 29 years, will be said at 8 o'clock tonight and Requiem Mass will be said at 9 o'clock tomorrow mornin [sic] both in St. Alphonsus' Church. Burial, under direction of Joseph R. Manning & Sons, will be in Calvary.
Mrs. Abdo died Thursday at her home, 2491 Neptune Place, after an illness of seven months.
Born in British Columbia, Mrs. Abdo spent her childhood on Lummi Island, Whatcom County, and in Ketchikan, Alaska.
Surviving are her husband, Victor J.; two daughters, Nancy and Selma Abdo; a son, Joseph Abdo, all of Seattle; her father, DAvid J. Brown, Anchorage; two brothers, Donald M. and Orville D. Brown, both of SEattle, and three sisters, Mrs. Leo Smith and Mrs. Phillip Lindberg, both of Seattle, and Mrs. Gorman Bender, Wichita, Kas. (The Seattle Sunday Times, May 18, 1952, Page 38)
