Mr. Jimmie Lee Taylor, 87, died Tuesday June 6, 1995 at Humana Hospital in Lexington. Born June 8, 1907 he was the son of the late Alice Gribbons Taylor and Samuel Taylor. He was a retired farmer and the widower of Katy Murphy Taylor. Survivors include: one daughter, Helen Sharp, Harrodsburg, one grandchild and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Taylor. Funeral services for Mr. Taylor were held Thursday, June 8 at the Wilder Funeral Home in Perryville, with the Rev. Oliver Hawkins officiating. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery, Texas.
