DIED
Bessie, daughter of J. B. and Hattie S. Alexander, was born in Jewell county, Kansas, October 8, 1882, and died at the home of her parents in Denison, Jackson county, Kansas, December 10, 1895, aged thirteen years, two months and two days. At the age of eight years she was converted and united with the M. E. church at Nortonville. She was a bright and loving child and delighted to sing. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Green, of Nortonville. She was laid to rest in the cemtery at Denison December 12th
