Wilma Fay Parks Adams, 67, of Marion, died Thursday, April 6, 1995, in Smyth County Community Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Sam Adams of Marion; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marcia and John D. Tilson of Marion and Karen and Mac Allison of Kingsport, Tenn.; one son and daughter-in-law, Roger A. and Elizabeth Ann Adams of Goosecreek, S.C.; two sisters, Sue McAllister of Marion and Lorraine Hash of Dublin; one brother, Roy Parks of Marion; six grandchildren, Stephen D. Tilson, Christopher Adams, Douglas Allison, Emily Adams, Caris Tilson, and Whitney Allison. Funeral services will be held at Seaver-Brown Chapel with the Rev. Jonathan King, the Rev. Herman Cress and the Rev. Tom Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
