Elza Virgil Angles, 87, 923 N. Vine St., died Thursday at Fostoria City Hospital.

He was born May 24, 1894, in Gallia county. He maarried Inez Allen Oct. 2, 915, and she survives.

Also surviving are five sons, Allen, Urbana; Ronald, Grand Blanc, Mich.; Milton, Duane and Gregory, all of Fostoria; three daughters, Marilyn Burford, Chatham Onatario, Canada; Donelda Myers, Fostoria; Audrey, at home; one sister, Kathleen Whitcanack, Ontario, Calif.; 25 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren. One daughter preceded him in death.

Mr. Angles was a member of the Nazarene Church and a retired employee of Union Carbide.

Services will be at the church Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Glenn Flannery officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens, near Arcadia.

Visitation will be Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Harrold-Baker Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made tothe church.
