Jonathon Quinton Barnhill, age 19, a lifelong resident of Edgewood, NM, passed away on Friday, August, 2, 2013.
Jonathan is survived by his father, Curtis Barnhill Sr. of Albuquerque, NM, his sister, Rhonda Barnhill of Scottsdale, AZ, his brother, Curtis Barnhill Jr. of Cheyenne, WY, his brother, Jared Barnhill and his wife, Jeyden Houser of Albuquerque, NM, his nephew, Tyler Barnhill of Albuquerque, NM, his niece, Rayelle Barnhill of Albuquerque, NM and his mother, Isabel Jaramillo of Roswell, NM. Jonathon is also survived by his grandmother, Antonia Villanueva of Albuquerque, NM, his grandparents, Benjamin and Ruth Barnhill of Lake Whales, FL and his grandparents, Lupe and Maria Jaramillo of Roswell, NM. His life was also shared with many extended family members as well as friends. Jonathon was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Everett Barnhill. Jonathon was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Edgewood, NM. Jonathon was a strong independent person. Jonathon was smart, passionate and witty. Jonathon enjoyed helping others and making everyone around him laugh. Jonathon was quite the jokester. Jonathon loved listening to music and meeting new people. Jonathon lived for adventure and opportunity. Jonathon was a hard worker and dedicated himself to accomplishing his goals and dreams. Jonathon was a believer in life and happiness. Services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at French – Lomas with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. A reception will follow the service. Interment will follow at Mountain Valley Cemetery.

Jon was born on February 13, 1994 to Curtis Barnhill and Isabel Jaramillo Lemus in Albuquerque, NM.
Jonathon was a life-long member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton of Edgewood, NM. Jon was carefree, funny and silly. Jon was a free spirit and had big heart. Also enjoyed the outdoors, skate boarding, reading and had a quirky sense of music. Jon never met a stranger, his eyes and smile lit up the room. Jon will be greatly missed.

Jon was blessed with an abundance of relatives too many to list, the descendants of the Jaramillo and Barnhill families.
