I grew up listening to my grandmother share about her family, including her Aunt Sarah.

In 1900, William, his wife Sara, their two children (Elzie J(3) & William D(1)) are living in Houston County, Georgia; Sarah's sister Ola(18) lives with them too as her & Sarah's mother has just passed away.

In 1910, William, his wife Sarah & their five children (Elzie(12), William Jr(10), Fannie(8), Robert(6) & Grady(4)) live in Bibb County, Georgia. They own their own farm. Five of their seven children are living.

In 1920, Will T(sic), his wife Sara J. & five of their children (Elzie(23), Fannie(18), Robert(16), Grady(14) & Louis(9)) live in Houston County, Georgia. William is still farming.

In 1930, William, his wife Sarah, & two children (Fannie(27) & Louis(19) live together. William is now a general merchandise merchant.

In 1940, William B, his wife Sara & their daughter Fannie(39) live in Peach County, Georgia. William is listed as a farmer again.

I remember visiting my grandmother's Bassett cousins about 1980 with my grandparents. I knew Fannie, Robert, Grady & Louis as aunts and uncles. Sarah passes away on 07 Jun 1951 in Byron, Peach County, Georgia. William passes away on 25 Feb 1956 in Centerville, Houston County, Georgia, USA.
