Lauretta (Bacon) Archambault, 83, formerly of 82 Danek Drive, a cafeteria manager in the Ware School System and later at Cathedral High School, died Friday at a local nursing home. She retired in 1970. Born in Ware, she was a communicant of St. Peter's Church, Westfield and a member of its Ladies Sodality. She was also a member of the Westfield Golden Agers. Her husband, Joseph Archambault died in 1986. She leaves a son, Armand of Springfield; a daughter, Beverly Ventura of Agawam; a sister, Olive King of Warren; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The funeral is Wednesday morning at the Robert E. Cusack Funeral Home and in the church, with burial in St. Williams Cemetery, Ware. Calling hours are Tuesday afternoon and evening.
