Dorothy S. Albert, 80, of 407 Poplar St., Richland, died of natural causes Sunday, April 21, 2002, in Lebanon's Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Clifford K. Albert, to whom she was married for 54 years on June 7. Born Feb. 14, 1922, in Richland, she was a daughter of the late Davilla and Ida Reedy Marderness. She was a member of Millcreek Lutheran Church, Newmanstown, and the auxiliary of Richland's Neptune Fire Co. Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters Martine Goshert and Linda, wife of Harry Bump, both of Richland; a son, Kendrick, husband of Mary Ann Albert of Harrisburg; sisters Bertha Kalbach of Robesonia, Betty, wife of Ray Gibbel of Myerstown, and Joyce, wife of John Chadwick of Richland; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Grose Funeral Home, 9 N. College St., Myerstown, preceded by a viewing beginning at 10. Interment will be in Millbach Cemetery, Newmanstown.
