Mr. Chamberlain, husband of Marjorie (Clarke) Chamberlain, died Thursday, March 2, at his home. He was born in Waterbury, June 6, 1909, son of the late Warren and Jane (Harper) Chamberlain. Prior to his retirement, he worked at Anaconda American Brass Co. for many years as a buyer of steel wire. He was a communicant of All Saints' Episcopal Church, and a member of the Waterbury YMCA.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Edward L. Chamberlain of Waterbury; three daughters Jane Chrzanowski of Cheshire, Marjorie Mosteller of Colchester and Martha Slauff of Nashua, N.H.; a sister, Miriam Fern of Newtown, Mass.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
